This store is famous for their water-resistant and tear-resistant mighty wallets. It looks like it's made out of recycled papers, but once you get a hold of it, you'll eventually notice that these wallets are hard as a rock. Once, I tried putting it underwater just to test its durability and nothing even happened to it. Besides wallets, they also have things to decorate your room. They have a Stick-It-Easy Clock that you can easily put on any dry surface. One of my personal favorites is their lunch bag that looks just like a disposable paper bag. It is built to keep your food hot when you're travelling or on the go. Just like the mighty wallet, it is also water-resistant and tear-resistant. If you need new decorations for your boring room or apartment, make sure you visit this place. Quirks will find a way to make it look fun and stylish. PS: Prepare your wallets 'cause this place is expensive!

This is a gret place for buying gifts and tokens for friends and family. Sarcasm is highly appreciated here so if you think you have a good sense of humor then come here the next time your looking for a container to hide that stash of grass ;) There also useful products of course. But their design offers something unique and eye-catching. So better than being useful, it will make you happy seeing it and knowing that what your purchased matches your personality! In Quirks everyday, ordinary stuff can take your imagination places and offer you something that regular stores won't.

Restaurant row was more inviting with more sit down choices and better design. Security upon entrance was still the same. Large bags were inspected upon entry. The tiangge section (Shoppsville side) was untouched with rows and rows of stalls selling pearls, clothing, suitcases, shoes and more. Everything here can be haggled over. I was on the search for some local food items but the stall I sought out was closed for some reason. The chapel in the mall was still something unique to see but quite convenient to attend mass. The indoor garden across the way was updated and more inviting than I remember with more seating. Parking here has always been and will likely still be a challenge. Security guards still direct traffic but drop off areas by the mall entrances do get backed up frequently. Definitely enjoyed the shopping experience more than before.

It's known for its diverse range of stores and products like clothing, cellular phone sales, repairs and accessories, jewelry store, toys, pearls, souvenir items, restaurants, bars, video arcades, religious facilities and the ever popular tiangge that sells imported and local products for bargain hunters. A lot has changed but it is still one of the most beloved malls in the country.

Kultura Filipino has a wide variety of pasalubong (souvenirs) to bring back as gifts for loved ones or as keepsakes for yourself. The prices aren't the cheapest, in fact you can for sure find cheaper souvenirs elsewhere throughout the Philippines, however, the items here shouldn't break the bank (especially if you are on a budget). I for one like Kultura Filipino and their items due to the variety and the convenience, since I can make last-minute pasalubong purchases before going home. I look forward to visiting the store again on my next trip back to the Philippines.

Very surprised there was a store like this in the SM Megamall (mega A side). I liked everything but only limited funds to buy a lot at the time for me. The prices of course is a little expensive here but if you have no time and still have to travel to get to the cheaper store, I would just buy from here. It's organized and clean. [121/100]

There's lots of eye candy to be had and by that I mean the cool knick knacks you can find in the store. I'm not sure if the wire faux taxidermy is for sale, but do wish I had space for that in my place. What else... saw some nifty clocks and animal figures, fun stationery and funky dolls. There's just so much cuteness inside. The cafe area is pretty sweet. They have the Herman miller eames / modernica style baby blue chairs which are somewhat cushy. There's lots of spaces for a big party. So don't sweat it if you're worried about finding a chair to park on. The coffee was ok. They use a nespresso pod, if you're into that. The tea was also good. It's something you might have at home, like strawberry kiwi which I just had at my sister's place. But nice to know they have it! We tried the ff: Spaghetti meatballs- ok Beef brisket sandwich- lotsa melty cheese on a buttery slice which was sinfully good Niçoise salad- ok Beef w rice and onion rings- ok Chocolate cake- whoa! Red velvet cheesecake- ooh! I'd go back for those brisket sandwiches if I want to eat guiltily and treat myself. I'd probably hang out here again for a chitchat w friends and order a cake and coffee/tea. I would also come out here to look for cute gifts. Overall, nice quiet spot at addition hills.

There's actually somewhere in the metro that makes hand pulled, hand rolled rock candy. And it's not going to break your bank either. You can get a small jar for 100php or a bigger jar for 175php. For that much, you get a bunch of small, 3-5cm large candies with individual designs. These were pieces cut from one long roll. It blows my mind that these guys are able to make designs like cars and letters and hearts and even little Captain America faces out of rolls of colored, flavored sugar. No molds, no guides. Just rolling and kneading. Blows. My. Mind. The flavors are great, too. My personal favorite is (no prizes there for guessing) the salted caramel. Not only do you get that pure sugar flavor from the caramel but you actually get little flecks of salt from time to time. I found myself cracking the jar open multiple times in the day. Just a heads up though, if you want to use these as centerpieces then make sure they're kept away from hot lights. They don't keep in heat very well. Keep them on a table in the jar a few days, they'll still be okay but they might end up kind of fused together.

It can be pretty mesmerizing to watch these guys just throw around the soft candy into ropes and bang it out into these itty-bitty buttons of fun. They even do personalized designs, which I think is pretty cool. I buy these for my brother when I'm thinking of getting him a treat, since they look so appealing even in their plastic bags. My brother goes through dialysis almost daily so he has a lot of food to avoid, so he appreciates a little special something when he does actually get something he can eat. I do think they're a little on the pricey side though, since a hundred bucks would only get you a small bag. But I guess it's fair with the work that goes into them, and just the variety of fruit and other sugary flavorings they come in, which makes you want to try everything! Luckily they have the variety packs for you to do just that.
