My in-laws just moved here from California and recommended this insurance company saying he "jumped…read morethrough hoops" for them. The agent also gave them a fantastic rate through AAA which was a lot less than what we had through our current insurance company. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience. Called in on 9/25/18. He would not answer his cell. I called the office and secretary said agent was out. Secretary had absolutely no intentions of taking my information. She put me through to voice mail. I left my information. 9/28/18 the agent calls back saying he was at a seminar. Took my information and had me send my current insurance declarations. 11/3/18 the agent finally gets back with quotes. Tries to push Westfield Insurance on us and I had to again go over how they fraudulently had withdrawn money our bank account after we had rejected and cancelled the contract. So he quotes Grange Insurance (not AAA). And after all this time to get a quote is it accurate ... no ... umbrella was not included. I ask about the monthly rates and he gets evasive and says that it's a wash between auto and home. More ... equal ... less than our current rates? It's a wash. No it wasn't ... I did the math and discovered that his quotes rates were over $10 more per month. It was not A WASH. So on 10/5/18 I question there was a CLUE entry that my wife did not get an accident free discount? That accident was my fault and not my wife's. So Westfield Insurance (who he was pushing) had fraudulently not only had withdrawn funds from our bank account back then ... they had also fraudulently recorded the wrong person at fault. How do we correct this I ask? I also tell the agent this is why we would never go back to Westfield Insurance. It is now a month later and the Gradon Toole Insurance agent never contacted us back with an answer. I can not recommend this insurance company. I have had to research that LexisNexis generates the CLUE reports and submitted a dispute. Our current insurance agent told us that accident had fallen off already. So why did Gradon factor in this accident when it had already fallen off? To make more money off us seniors apparently.
