An exquisite store with friendly staff, diverse selections, reasonable pricing, and experienced jeweler.

Very friendly staff. Walked in with 4 different watches that needed band repair, batteries replaced, and bands fitted. They did all those things very efficiently and we had a great chat with the staff as they did. One of my watches (the cheapest one... of course) offered some problems with the repair, but the more senior jeweler came over and helped and had it working perfectly soon after! The price was VERY reasonable and I know I walked out with better service and for less money than I would've paid at a mall kiosk back in Orlando. Very very pleased! read more

Let me begin by saying that I have known about Hollifield's jewelers for years (maybe all my life) but only in the past year I visited the store. Upon entering the store i was awed at all the sparkles! The store is beyond immaculate. The jewelry on display looks like each piece was gently and evenly arranged to perfection. The staff is meticulous in appearances. Admittedly so, I thought to myself that this may not be the store for me until the staff greeted me and immediately asked me how they could help. Wow! I needed to repair a ring that had lost a small little diamond from one of the prong settings and also to replace a gold clasp on a necklace. The staff was so nice and offered me options of different price levels for the clasp replacement. The jeweler, who's appearance and demeanor was every bit as nice as the rest of the store, assured me that he could repair my items with no problems. 2 weeks later I received a call and went in to pick up my jewelry. Sure enough, it was repaired beautifully! The amount charged was fair and I was very happy. This week I found myself again needed yet another repair on a bracelet. I entered the sparkling store and was greeted the same way in my priors visits and the jeweler again was more than happy to explain and assure me that he could repair my bracelet. My jewelry is older, maybe not the finest but is important to me, and I 100% trust Hollifields. They have treated me and my "precious jewelry" with superior care.
