Note Service man NEVER mentioned an issue when descussing the required parts to finish the work NOR did he EVER entered the actual home... The outdoors portion of the unit is located INSIDE THE MAIN DOG RUN that has more over grown weeds and fallen branches still awaiting the weather to allow the yard/run to dry out enough for getting the mowers/carts inside for "spring cleaning" and additionally the unit is on a slab surrounded by over grown weeds and thus not used/accessed by the dogs as a toilet area. The open portion of the yard/run is. Maddeningly I h told the serviceman that the dogs would be left in a different run/yard that has considerably less shelter for HOURS awaiting a phone call that never did come... AGAIN, even though I had made it clear I was waiting on the call before moving dogs back into their "normal run" from the much more exposed front area. Obviously the not doing work on any of my properties (3 housing units in Muskogee) in the future is very mutual.

Very unprofessional…read more They Kept leaving the job site. When I asked for updates the owner/job coordinator Ted Massad was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I had scheduled this Sunday and was told they would be out Monday morning. The first worker showed up on Monday around 10:00 in a regular truck and left 10 minutes later saying he needed to get more tools. 2 hours went by without any updates so I called back and was told that an actual plumber would be out to help. Another hour went by and someone named Bailey showed up and said he needed someone else to get under the crawl space. He left and didn't come back. I call the owner again at 4:00 ( by the a storm had came through. They said they would be out the next morning. Meanwhile the water was off due to the leak I wanted them to fix. The next morning at 9:00 they still hadn't showed up so I called the owner again ( Ted Massad) and told if if they were there by 10:00 I was calling someone else. ( the water had been off for two days at this point ) . When his people finally showed up at 10:30 I told them to leave, I had lost trust in their ability to solve this problem and didn't want to do business with them. At this point in time Ted Massed called me an idiot and threatened to put a lean on the house. I went back and forth with him for a bit and he repeatedly called me names ( I have a copy of the entire text ) We called an actual plumber that showed up within an hour , capped the line and got the water back on ( my son and his wife live in the house ) I paid Ted Massad $94 for his people that repeatedly showed up ( very late ) but didn't do any work. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PAID THEM $94 FOR NOTHING. TED IS VERY INSULTING. DO NOT USE THEM.

Now in may 2026 had a humming sound at condensing unit. Fan wouldn't come on and then tripped breaker. Airco tech came out. Said it was capacitor. Replaced capacitor and I heard a loud boom! Came to investigate and refrigerant was spraying out of unit. After about 15 minutes tech said it was a bad compressor. Compressor was fine before he came. Said parts under warranty. Labor to change compressor and charge was over $2500. That's a ridiculous price considering I bought this new from this company 5-6 years ago. 4 ton Lennox unit. I called and spoke to a service manager "Dave" and asked him why it would blow if thermostat was off. 2nd tech came out from Airco to diagnose. He couldn't tell me why compressor had a terminal blowout. Just said he noticed one of the wires to capacitor was not hooked up? Ok. So 1st tech. Made a mistake and I'm having to suffer. Beware.
