The "Job Foreman" (my words) was super nice and we were very comfortable having him and his crew in our house for several days while they completely replaced our central heat and air with mini-splits (highly recommended). The outdoors portion of the unit is located INSIDE THE MAIN DOG RUN that has more over grown weeds and fallen branches still awaiting the weather to allow the yard/run to dry out enough for getting the mowers/carts inside for "spring cleaning" and additionally the unit is on a slab surrounded by over grown weeds and thus not used/accessed by the dogs as a toilet area. Maddeningly I h told the serviceman that the dogs would be left in a different run/yard that has considerably less shelter for HOURS awaiting a phone call that never did come... While looking at what we had, he pointed out to me that there were areas not closed off and heat was being drawn to then unit. After sealing off the areas, I noticed an immediate difference in the cooling of the upstairs area.
