I contacted them over a month ago and was given a price to remove a tree from the small creek in the back of my property. They were going to come back in a week or so and do the job. We had a lot of rain so i called them to ask if they would wait a few days to let the ground dry out. When the area had dried i called and said it was fine to come now. I never heard from them until 9:30 p.m. last Monday and was told they didn't call me it was a mistake. When i refreshed the man's memory about the job he told me it would be Wednesday or Thursday and he would be there. I asked that he please call to let us know he was on his way. On Friday he showed up a at neighbors and removed a tree for them and never once stopped by, which he had to go right by my house nor has he called or shown up to do the work for me.
