The owner responded by saying that he would insist on replacing the four lights since I am out of his warranty, and he provided me a price of $1700-1800 to repalce four lights. I found this to be absolutely crazy, and I priced out the repairs myself. If I needed to replace the four landscape lights the parts would have been $320, and an hour of labor to replace them. However I was able to replace the bulbs for a total of $60 which addressed my problem. I have zero issues with a business profiting from the services that they provide, but this is unacceptable business practices. If this is how Jaimee treats a loyal customer, I would suggest that you avoid this business! I was simply contacting him as a paying customer and asked him to come look at a product that his team installed. Absolute embarrassing customer support.
