I have only been to Hollister Coffee a couple of times so far, and both times I went through the drive-thru. I'm not exactly sure what coffee drink I ordered, but it was really good both times. What really stood out to me was their Monkey Business toast, or something similar to that name. It has peanut butter, bananas, almonds, honey, cinnamon, and possibly a few other toppings on a slice of toast -- and it is so good. The drive-thru was easy, the coffee was good, and that toast is definitely something I would go back for. I'm excited to try more from their menu. read more

This is a quaint little shop that is super cute and cozy! It gives very urban vibes in a small town. The person working and making our drinks was nice and patient with us deciding what to get. It took us a bit to figure out what we wanted because I have never had matcha before and it is actually insanely delicious. My fiancé has never had a pour over coffee and he really enjoyed it. Both items were recommended from the barista and we both thoroughly enjoyed our choices. They had a pistachio matcha drink I ended up picking and was worth the price! The only negative to this shop is the pricing is a little steep for the drinks in a small town. Regardless, 10/10 drinks! read more

Super disappointed. Nice little place, well decorated, nice place to hang out in back. Ordered a cold brew. Cold brew nitro station when we came in front door. Instead, was served an ice coffee, that was not a pleasant tasting. Tasted like left overs from the morning at 3 in the afternoon. When asked about having a nitro cold brew, the server stated it was not working and this is what they were serving today. Just not acceptable. Sorry guys, I think you can do better. read more

If you stay at the Ye Old English Hotel-you can walk. Owner was exceptionally friendly and we ended up going every day we were in town. We came here based on other positive reviews, and we were not disappointed. Very friendly staff, quiet, and quaint. I ordered the Monkey Business toast and a Cappuccino, and my husband got the plantains, scrambled eggs, and toast which came with a free coffee. You could tell everything was made with care, and the coffee came in actual mugs. It was all delicious. We also got the Mounds of Joy shake to go, which was delicious as well. Off the beaten path just outside of Branson in Hollister which is a quaint small town adjoining old Branson....much preferred to the chaotic, sensory overload of that main strip...Hollister coffee shop is a wonderful escape. I gave this coffee shop a shot after visiting Vintage Paris Coffee shop around the corner. Well.... it is good but not good enough to go back to. The coffee I received was cold and pumped out of a warmer container. It was also somewhat warm in the shop. The Branson/Hollister area desperately needed a local shop like Hollister Coffee Company. I work from coffee shops very often and the Starbucks in town is usually busy, loud, and it can be tough to find a table. While I am a frequent patron of Starbucks I find that HCC has the quiet environment for people who are either looking to sit at a good sized table and crank out some work in a semi-industrial style shop. Isaac the owner is very hospitable and makes sure his customers are enjoying exactly what they ordered. I've been half a dozen times so far and have been able to get a seat and work for several hours. The drink selection is excellent! I highly recommend visiting but partially don't want to because selfishly I want to keep it to myself. read more
