The manager was prickly and completely unsympathetic from the start. She couldn't or wouldn't even look up by credit card history to verify the purchase like everyday stores such as Target or Menards can. One would think a store of this caliber would at least TRY to be accommodating to their clientele. I can't trust them with my business I don't think anyone else should either.
