The staff at the Frisco store located another pair at the Garland store. I called & Natalie answered & checked stock & gladly tried the ankle zipper. Superb customer service & put them on hold! We drove there & all was well! The boots were on hold & our daughter shopped & found some nice jeans to get as well. Courtesy discounts & online coupon dropped the price significantly. Yay!
