It never goes to voicemail or even after hours number. As a matter of fact I was never given any after hrs phone number. Which is important if you have a new born. I'd rather have the doctor or the NPA give my son his shots. Not the medical assistant. Two appointments ago the front desk. checked in the wrong patient thinking it was us. If i hadn't double check the form the medical assistant had. The Dr. Would've been looking at the wrong chart. This would have been potentially dangerous if medication dosing or vaccination was involved at the time of appointment . Luckily, I had the medical assistant grab the correct chart. There was another time we went in for fever. Dr. asked the medical assistant to prepare infant ibuprofen into a syringe. After the dose was given. The doctor asked the medical assistsnt for the inbuprofen for us to take home. Which was nice of her but the problem with this, was the medication they gave my 5 month old was childrens ibuprofen. It's a higher dose. Not only that babies under 6 months are only to take infant Tylenol becuase ibuprofen isn't safe for babies under 6 months. If only my insurance would cover more pediatricians and medical doctors here in Hollister. I would not choose to go here. But becuase she is the only pediatrician in Hollister that accept Aetna.

I have supported Stanford University for many years . Leading classes elect in Yogic practice for people with limited mobility, undeniably special concentration and training in Physics. Medical attention is provided and particular. The school has taught me more in life than any teaching experience that I could have imagined or taught. He is so caring with my daughter, she is always pleased to see him. He always had time for us and he always tells us to come right in if something is urgent. He always reviews her chart and is in top of her preexisting medical condition prior to coming in the room to examine her. He takes time and goes through every question and all symptoms very thoroughly. His office assistant is amazing and is so kind with my daughter. She is probably the most knowledgeable assistant I have ever come across and makes sure to go out of the way to help us. Dr Huang really cares about his tiny patients and it shows!

He does make time to answer any questions that we have and encourages us to reach out via MyChart messaging with any additional questions. We haven't tried reaching out yet, so we can't comment on how quickly he replies. Scheduling with Pediatric Associates has been pretty easy, and we have been able to schedule with the provider we want most of the time. They do have a parking lot, and it is shared with several other medical clinics and labs. Parking hasn't been an issue for us, but we could definitely see the lot being full. TIP: For first time parents who want to select a provider from here as their kid's pediatrician, you would just call to schedule your baby's first appointment after the baby is here. They have some number of open slots for the day that they reserve for newborn (1st visit right after hospital discharge) visits. I learned about this because I asked reception how scheduling would work for my baby.

As I stepped to the door there was a white blonde lady, gave me 'Karen' vibes, and immediately said "you were here just now." And I'm standing there confused because I've never seen this woman in my life and I was just trying to get my shot. She then said "you just spoke to my manager" and that was when I realize she must've mistaken me for someone else. She scoffed and didn't bother taking my temperature and just tossed me aside to wait for the manager while everyone else got to go in smoothly. I was on time for my appointment, but waiting for the manager took so long I left. I have just never experienced such discrimination or generalization as an Asian American? Definitely not something I expected at any hospital considering I was wearing a mask so how can they have the audacity to say I was just here. I came in on Wednesday 1/13/21 at 11:45AM if anyone can investigate who was currently the front door shift taking temperatures. I was disappointed in the service here as I wasn't able to get in for no reason, I read the guidelines and none of which I experienced. We arrived 45 minutes prior to his appointment, and the line waiting to get into the building was all the way across the parking lot. Today was extremely bad weather with winds, rain and cold temperatures. Unfortunately, all the people waiting in line was elderly and not prepared to be getting wet and having to wait outside like this with no shelter etc. When we called and made the appointment, we were promised proper ADA accommodations and was ensured that we would be taken right in and not having to stand in very long lines, especially in the cold and wet weather. The ONE person outside signing everyone in was extremely overwhelmed and which made things even slower. I was very disappointed in the service to the elderly and no special accommodations were made due to the weather etc. Sorry to say it could have been much better organized and should have been much more caring for the elderly and people that needed better ADA accommodations.
