I bought a safe from this company about a month ago. After just one week of using it the safe would…read morenot open. Keep in mind this safe cost over $800 dollars. It was recommended to me by my franchiser.the day it broke was on a Saturday. I called and a guy named Chris said to try a few different things to get it open. He said that sometimes the numbers "drift" meaning you had to try the number above or below the actual combo. anyway he said if that didnt work he would try and find a locksmith to open it sometime next week as they are out of Texas and I'm in Florida. I said I needed someone today (Saturday) as all my cash drawers were locked in the safe. He said to go ahead and get a locksmith if you could. so I did. he couldn't open it either. finally we had to cut open the back of the safe on Saturday evening. I had ready lost customers who didnt have a credit card who wanted to pay cash during the day. It cost 600 Dollars to open the safe. now the owner is saying I maliciously destroyed the safe a d wont give me my mo ey back including the locksmith fees! Run do not walk away from this company! their customer service is the worst I have ever seen! please take your business elsewhere as they dont stand behind their products a d make excuses and hide behind their so called WARRANTY. Stay away!!!!!!

The trunk lock would not work with my key. I went to other locksmiths and none showed any interest…read morein wanting to help me. It wasn't like that with Lock Doc. Knowing they'd have to remove the lock from the trunk lid, they scheduled a drop off appointment with me. It only took them about two hours before they called me back after dropping off the car to let me know they were finished. They had to disassemble the lock and clean out the hardened grease from when the car was make -- 2006. They did a great job and now if the battery goes bad in the car, I can still get into the trunk using the key. Great job gents. I'll be back with any future lock work I need.

This review is long overdue... 2+ years ago I was in the…read moremarket for a security system. there were fly-by-nighters, the big companies, and then TKO Security. July 2016, I contracted w/them to intall 3 cameras and an HDVR. never had a problem since. I am having an crazy, irrational, napoleon syndrome affected neighbor who took a chainsaw to our 'shared' fence. prior to that act, they (husband and wife) threatened to do it. I called TKO and explained to them it was an emergency. 6 days later it was installed, programmed, and working. the destruction of the fence was caught on camera - vividly. as this crazy, mental, neighbor, continued to bully and attempt to intimidate, the 6 cameras (3 before) were eating up space on the hard drive of his antics. again, I called TKO in an emergency. I needed to preserve video. they came out right away, installed another hard drive and saved the day! :-) Thank you so much for all you've done for me since 2016. I tell everyone about TKO Security and how they came through. I can't thank you enough.
