I locked myself out of my car and requested a smith to come and unlock it. Upon initial contact, I was told they would arrive within 30-45 minutes. After an hour and a half had passed, I called again to get an ETA and location. I was then told they'd get back to me along with a time I should expect them. They never called me back. I then called again after 2 hours and was informed it'd be another 30 mins. I am writing this now having it been almost 3 hours after initial contact without the smith even having shown up. i do not recommend this company at all for any reason. Go somewhere else read more

Please don't use this company. They came to our house to change the locks and obviously broke something with one lock - worked on it for an hour and even called another team but never owned up to what they had done. When we discovered what had happened we asked to speak with management but they no-one called back. They have now blocked my phone number and deleted the poor review I left on their website. read more

I needed spare keys of a hard to find key. I saw their van on SPID and followed them to a stop. I asked if they could make the key and they said yes, no problem. Within 15 minutes I had a couple spare keys for my truck that operate perfectly. The price was fair also. Thank you!!! read more

Knowing they'd have to remove the lock from the trunk lid, they scheduled a drop off appointment with me. It only took them about two hours before they called me back after dropping off the car to let me know they were finished. They had to disassemble the lock and clean out the hardened grease from when the car was make -- 2006. They did a great job and now if the battery goes bad in the car, I can still get into the trunk using the key. Great job gents. I'll be back with any future lock work I need.
