We had a $750 deposit Unfortunately, shortly after I had heart failure and was diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy, which severely impacts my ability to walk I moved the tour to October of this year, so IO could rehab and take the trip Since then, my wife had to have knee replacement surgery on 7/17/26. This also severely impacts our ability to walk around Italy. I called and explained that I needed to move the tour until next year, so she can rehab I was told that it was against policy to allow me to move the tour I explained that I wasn't cancelling the tour, but my wife and I were physically unable to do this at this time. The person on the phone said she spoke to her manager and it was against policy I sent an e-mail to the head of customer service and was, essentially, told too bad. She said I should have taken insurance I, again, said I wasn't cancelling. I wasn't asking for the money back. I sent an e-mail to the COO, Keith Baron, who hasn't had the courtesy to respond In addition to be completely uncaring for life circumstances, they are a stupid organization They have my $750, which is non-refundable. If they let me move the tour, they will make an additional $10,000 dollars. There is no logic in not allowing me to extend, other than they are just stupid
