Our agent, Dorene Lerner, was quite abrupt and vague with specifics of our trip, i.e. royal level all inclusive upgrades for top shelf and in room liquor which we were not made aware of, and not very hospitable when calling w/ a question and somewhat rude. Also a bit unprofessional having our first confirmation letter w/ incorrect dates (glad I caught the error which would have been major issue) along with an incorrect mailing address. For these reasons I would not recommend CDT. I will say however, the Barcelo was a very nice resort!
