Contacted him and was advised would resolve issue immediately after Holidays. My numerous calls after Holidays met with ."can you call me back" and "what was the issue again". He obviously had no intention to rectify situation. In addition, Title was not immediately sent as promised and again forced to continously call him. After several weeks the Title finally arrived. I followed up the next day (10/3/25) and was informed they hadn't yet submitted the warranty paperwork to Carvana but would do so that day. By October 6, I contacted Carvana directly and learned that no claim had ever been submitted. I ended up picking up my car from Tire Choice on 10/6/25 with no inspection or service completed. Unfortunately, their lack of communication and follow-through caused unnecessary inconvenience, including having to rent a vehicle while waiting for them to act.

Robert in the service dept. is a rock star! Our family of 8 from Montana broke down last year a few miles away from the dealership around closing time. Not only did they come get our family in personal vehicles but Angela also got us a great deal on a hotel room. Robert had our vehicle back on the road by 8 am the next morning. These folks are very customer service oriented. Fast forward to July of 2022. it may be hard to believe but our air conditioning went out in our vehicle , on our way to Florida from Montana again, so we stopped by Holly Chevrolet7/27/22 and asked Robert if there is anything he could do. Again he got our vehicle in to be diagnosed. we are waiting for word on what is wrong with it. Even if they can't fix the problem we are thankful they got us in. We just bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu from Holly Chevrolet. The experience was great. No one tried to pressure us at all. Everyone that we dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. Joe Roberts really helped us by letting us drive several of their cars without any hesitation. We have been with Holly Chevrolet prior to this with a 2006 Cobalt and have always been treated fairly and especially very nice and friendly. I feel that they have been the most honest car dealership we have ever been to. We have also had a very good experience with our Cobalt and hope the Malibu does just as well. We had a great experience with Holly Chevrolet and Mike Rowand. No pressure or pushy sales tactics. I contacted them by phone while waiting on numbers at another dealership as the sales guy left me sitting for 30 minutes trying to crunch numbers. Mike was able to do it all right in front of us and answer all the questions we had. There is something good about doing business with your local small town folks. BE CAREFUL - Owner does not keep his word…read more Everything you'd expect from a used car dealership in Memphis. I drove 3.5hrs on a Thursday to look at a vehicle. I was a little leery pulling onto the lot (pretty run down), but was pleasantly surprised by the salesman that helped me (Benny). He was very helpful, nice, and not pushy. The truck was extremely clean, and seemed to have been very well taken care of. However, it was a 6.0 Powerstroke - if you know these motors, they are AMAZING if taken care of, but if not, they're a money pit - I know quite a bit but I wanted to take it to a mechanic to double check everything. I wasn't able to get anything scheduled for Thursday or Friday, so I asked the salesman if I could leave a deposit and come back Monday. Salesman called the owner (Kenny), who said (I was standing right there) that would be fine. So I wrote a check and headed back home. Got a call about an hour later saying another salesman was going to have someone look at it Friday, and probably sell it out from under me. This other buyer had NOT seen the truck and had NOT put any money towards it. So I called the owner to see what was going on, since HE had agreed to hold it for me. He told me "he didn't have all the facts" when he agreed. Told me "we don't even take deposits," and if he buys it, you'll get your deposit back. All of that is great, except HE AGREED TO TAKE A DEPOSIT AND HOLD IT FOR ME in the first place. He could have said no up front, and that would have been fine and understandable. Instead, he went back on his word to potentially make a slightly quicker buck. Kenny (owner) also repeatedly tried to blame everything on the salesman - which is garbage, because I was right there when the salesman called to ask if it was ok. Be very careful if you work with these people.
