Inexperienced, highly unprofessional, and flat out dishonest. Ms. Roell here canceled her services with me 2 days before court. That's right, just 2 days. She as well started the refund process which will take 5-10 business days. In 2 days I need representation and I won't even get my money back in hopes of hiring another lawyer for another 5-10 business days. Make that make sense. I drive for a living and this is how I feed my family and when I needed her the most she left me high and dry just 2 days before court. As far as her inexperience goes let me start here: Ms Roell here stated I failed to "tell" the officer that my drivers license is an out of state license. I physically handed my license over to him. How does one "fail to tell" the officer that their license is out of state when they literally physically hand over said license to said officer? I would not have a ticket with all my information on it if I didn't hand over the license. As far as her dishonesty goes: Ms Roell here stated that I have a CDL (commercial drivers license) and that would ultimately be why she would no longer represent me. However that is a flat out utter lie. I do not have a CDL. I have a regular state issued drivers license. I'm trying to make sense of this situation. But I can't. Ms. Roell (for lack of a better phrase) screwed me here so bad. 1.) I didn't fail to do anything. 2.) I do not have a CDL and with that being said I can't understand why she would feel compelled to make that lie the basis of her canceling her services with me. 3.) Canceling 2 days before court knowing it will take 5-10 business for me to get my money back is disgustingly unprofessional. Just absolutely wrong. I would never consider nor recommend Ms Roell here for myself or to anyone I would ever know. She is a terrible, lousy, and incompetent excuse of a lawyer. Shame on you Ms. Roell. read more
