They are model homes on fairly sizable lots, and according to her they got quite a good deal, given the homes in Austin and San Antonio were too expensive. They have a really nice size garage, front and back yards, spacious open kitchen design, and 3 full bathrooms and bedrooms. The neighborhood seems very safe too, lots of families/pets etc. I don't live in new braunfels but if I were moving out this way/San Antonio suburbs this is quite a lovely spot :)
