Ben was responsive, fair priced and more importantly-he and his crew showed up and worked diligently on our stone installation. They completed all the work in one day, and did not do it piecemeal-where we had piles of supplies or equipment lying around. While my initial call was to locate a new landscaping firm to take over our HOA property, he also informed me from the start, that he was not taking on new mowing clients for this season because he had all of the slots filled. However, he did say that they would have time to get some projects completed. We have other projects that we will definitely be considering Sea Grass to complete for us. They cut out and removed my old lawn, raked and leveled the yard, put down new topsoil, fertilized and then proceeded to lay 17 pallets of St Augustine sod. Then to complete the job, they rolled the entire job and removed all the little debris from the property. It made me tired just watching them. Wrongly assumed that the service was cancelled due to getting a "read" receipt of my texts. Then they showed up to my house, tw9 weeks later, while I was at work and charged me for mowing my yard. I called again and finally got through. "Viking" was rude and unprofessional over the phone and refused to even talk about them messing up. Told me he was billing me and hung up on me. Do not hire Viking if you want a competent person to be in charge of your lawn.
