When I arrived for pick up, I checked in on the app and waited at least 10 minutes before calling the store. When I called, the person told me that I would need to pick up inside. Another woman made a stink and had someone come up to help us quickly with our orders because there were 2 cashiers with a line that went down the aisle, around the corner, and down the next aisle. I'm dreading having to go back to return my item (which I don't have time to do today) because of how insane the store is and because they probably won't even have the item in stock when I go back. I 'm in upstate NY and found this store on line by accident. GREAT customer service and follow up. My item was packed with care. Du-All carries quality drafting supplies and trust me, too many makers just don't make good stuff any more. I have a too many things that just won't "square." Spend once for a quality tool, then it will be with you for life. Du-All has fair pricing. You pay for what you get and maybe you pay a little less than a high falluting store that caters to a boutique crowd, but then you're also avoiding that "stuff" you get from the bigger places that just isn't what it should be.
