There has never been a time in the past 15 years when I have called and needed to get my children seen that they have not made it work that day. Any request for documentation or additional needs is handled immediately and with the most exceptional customer service. This practice by far has exceeded my expectations, which is why I will always take my children here. Kudos to this practice for being such a competent and compassionate group of professionals!

We moved to the area when my oldest son was 3 and my second had just turned 1. My first and smallest grievance is once the kids hit 12 months old at this office, they "have" to do the vaccines in the arms. Even if requested to put them in the legs. Which was a nightmare for my boys, they couldn't sleep at night, and they were sore for a few days. When they got them done in their legs at another office, they were fine by that night. But this office is adamant that they get them in the arms, no exception. My second issue is in regards to the quality of the office staff. They are awful. Just awful. When my oldest son ended up needing an urgent and unexpected oral surgery. To which he needed to get cleared by a pediatrician (not a nurse or PA). This office was adamant that he could only see the NP (which is really who you mostly see at this office. I'm still confused as to what the actual pediatrician even does), so I asked the surgeon if he could see the NP and she said it had to be a pediatrician. They wouldn't let me schedule a sick child visit because he still hadn't seen the pediatrician for a well child visit yet. Which wasn't until March and the surgery was needed in December. Anyway, after like 3 phone calls they got me set up with an appointment with the pediatrician, then they called me back 5 minutes later and cancelled it and said that the appointment had to be with the NP. I was furious at this point, I had just spent the whole day in the ER with my 3 year old, and found out he needed surgery and this office was less than helpful and added hugely to my burden. So I started frantically researching other offices to go to where he could actually see a pediatrician, but then they called me and informed me that they spoke with the surgeon office and said that they just okayed him seeing the NP. So I just thought whatever I'll let it go. By this time I gave birth to my third child where I found out that the pediatrician doesn't come to the hospital, another downside (like I said early, so what does she do?). Then when I took my one week old in for the weigh in, the first thing the nurse did when she saw my newborn baby girl was bust up laughing (like loud belly laughing) and said "SHE LOOKS JUST LIKE AN OLD MAN!!! HAHAHA!!" And I just kinda smiled and said, "yeah, a lot of newborns look like potatoes" just to kinda shake it off. (Like I said, the staff is awful) She continued laughing and said "she looks like one of those old men, six guys back in the deli line at Riley's just super ticked off!!" And just kept laughing. I was mortified, and my hormones were raging from just having a baby, so I was doing my best to hold back tears because this nurse had just told me my sweet little girl looked like an old man. The pic of professionalism and horrific bedside manners are appalling. The final straw for me began when I took my baby in for her one month well child visit. I signed in, and the receptionist looked at the paper then whispered to someone and then she asked me if I had my daughters insurance card. To which I replied, "no, she's barely a month old." Then she was like "well the office manager will talk to you then." Let me add, I never had this issue with my first two AND I called my insurance previous to giving birth to her and they said she is covered under me up to a year. A YEAR. So the manager comes out and explains that my month old needs her own physical card. I said "we haven't even gotten her birth certificate yet. She just barely turned a month old." Let me also add that her tone was very condescending. She then said "have you even called your insurance?" And I said "yes, they informed me that she's covered under me for a year, but once I get the birth certificate they can get me a card." Then she told me that her appointment wouldn't be covered because she didn't have her own card. I had my two boys with me (4 and 2), there were a couple other people in the waiting room, and she was treating me like I was stupid. So I just said "okay, well she doesn't really need this appointment anyway. She is healthy and it's just basically a weigh in, I'll come back when she has a card." And she kinda sighed and was like "we'll let it slide this time I guess." So we did her appointment, then I received a bill a week later for it. I was furious and decided I had put up with far more than enough. Shortly after I received the bill, I requested to have my kids records transferred, which they can't just fax, "because they only have one fax machine" (SO GET MORE!! You're a doctors office!!) so I had to go in and physically take my 3 kids stacks of paperwork to a different office. Of the year and a half that we were there, we saw the actual pediatrician twice. She's awkward and not confident. But not as terrible as the rest of the staff. Go ANYWHERE else!

When I had my next one, I refused it because it hurt so much. By my last appointment, I was so stressed out over having to get the check done that my BP was high and although I was only 1cm dilated he sent me to the hospital to be induced. Upon admittance to the hospital my blood pressure was normal. The hospitals on call OB checked me and stated I was red and raw internally and likely had a bad yeast infection, which is why it hurt so much. My first birth experience was traumatic as I had to get emergency c-section due to baby positioning, the epidural started wearing off during stitching closed and no one would tell me how my baby was and why he needed resuscitation. The trauma I went through could've been prevented if the doctor actually paid attention and inquired why I had such a reaction to a simple cervical check. Terrible that a dr that had never met me before saw something my dr didn't.

He is almost 90!!!! After he went to back to had surgery I went to the place "advanced women's care" which is a joke because there is nothing "advanced" about them. I was told this same day to buy the depot shot to put in. Yes, I myself had to buy it unlike plan parenthood who supplies it for you. After leaving the hospital I called Advanced Women's Care and said I'm still good to buy the depot and you can put it in today right? They replied "yes." Well when I got there a dif lady said she refused to give it to me because the timing was off?! Previously a different girl said I could have it put in a day or two after my period and this evil lady who said the opposite said "no!" So I wanted my money on the depot shot I obviously can't return. I just called them willing to pay the bill because I got a final notice even though I have been off work 11 months but I go back today. The billing department hung up on me the first time. The second time the lady answered and I explained the situation and first thing I said was I WILL pay this bill only if you take off the depot and I was going to ask the late fees. She wasnt listening to my situation and she had the dates all wrong and she said there was no record of me getting checked for endotrimisiosis or the depot shot!?!?!?! Instead of being an adult and listening to why I'm so beyond upset for wasting my time when I could have stuck with plan parenthood she was like I dont get paid enough to listen to you. That the problem you don't care and dont listen to why I'm so upset so I said maybe you should quit your job if you cant help me and do your job and listen so she said she would and hung up. What a joke. You're suppose to be an adult and work with me but you were against me lying from the second you got on the phone not empathetic from the second I told you my side of why I am beyond upset. So here's another 1 star or actually 0 star review. I want my money back for the depot and my late fees off since I was off work for almost a year and I told you guys this over 6 months ago. Like I said get your crap together. I hate liars. She wouldnt even let me send her the picture of the depot shot. So now I'm taking this to adults who CAN do their job. NEVER go here! They pretend they're better than everyone else with the word "advance" but each girl will tell you a completely different story. You all have made me cry more than once and lied to me more than once and I'm done with the disrespect and unprofessional and lies so yes I am extremely upset and I have very very good reason!

Worst doctor and I would NOT recommend! I'm currently in the process of switching OB's…read more Let's start with the wait time I always schedule my appointments for Mondays at 9:15am and when I tell you we don't get out of the appointment until almost 1-1:30pm I'm not kidding. I swear they schedule multiple people for the same time slot. Secondly the woman who is currently running Dr. Hill's practice is so unprofessional she literally told my boyfriend and I quote "you're not the one having the baby be quiet" it's literally his baby and he's the most gentle kind man I could've asked to have a baby with. Then I was having really bad nausea and vomiting to the point that I couldn't keep water down. I was so dehydrated that when I went to the ER for IV fluids they poked me for 3+ hours with no luck because my veins kept collapsing. I was then told my the same woman that disrespected my boyfriend that "it's normal to throw up like that and in my day and age all we got was crackers and ginger ale". I was completely flabbergasted at her response as I had already passed out and was so weak. Finally I was able to convince her to give me a medication to help because I wouldn't leave otherwise. Another event where I was having pelvic pain almost like a really bad period and I called during hours that they weren't open to see what I should do and I was told Dr. Hill would return my call. 3 1/2 hours later after my boyfriend took me to the ER to be checked out I finally got a call back which went like this... Me: "Hi yes I'm having very bad pelvic pain and wanted advice as to what to do." Dr. Hill: "Well we're not open until Monday" Me: "Ok so what would you recommend I do?" (I was already at the hospital I just wanted to see what he'd say) Dr. Hill: "Well we're not open until Monday" click and hung up the phone! I was floored he hung up on me it was so incredibly unprofessional. Now yesterday January 23rd I woke up bleeding and horrible pelvic pain to the point it hurt to pee. I called the office at 8am knowing I'd get the after hours nurse again, she answered and informed me that I'd receive a call back from Dr. Hill. An hour went by and still no call so I called the office expecting it to be open as they usually open at 9am. Nope apparently they were closed for the day. Also I was informed Dr. Hill was on vacation with nobody in place to return his calls. I don't even understand that shouldn't there always be a doctor available to take his calls in his place?! Guess not. I ended up in the ER from 9:30am till about 6pm at night due to bleeding which turned out to be multiple placenta hematomas. I'm only 17 weeks and was told bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy would be best for me from the ER. Dr. Hill does not care about the well being of his patients or their babies and I'm not the only one with crazy stories about him. Please please do not go to his office for any reason you and your babies health are more important and he will not take your concerns seriously.
