I have been going to this place for at least a year. It started out SO great. The Botox injections were great and so inexpensive it was almost too good to be true. Fast forward to a couple months ago and all of a sudden the Botox "isn't working". DUring my last appointment in July Stephanie said I must have become resistant to the product and "upped my dosage" even though at my very first visit she said there was no such thing? Last appointment she injected me with very lackluster results, charged me nearly 3 times the price I'd been paying. Botox wore off within three weeks. Funny story to sum it up.....I went to another medi spa in Boardman, had Botox injected in the same areas Stephanie did and the results were absolutely perfect....and for a fraction of a price. Luxe Loft, you gals had a good thing going until you started scamming. Your Botox and Jeauveau has obviously gone bad. How about don't blame the client and some fake resistance story and own up that you're using garbage product? read more

This place is nice and the employees are great. Since I started going here over a year ago the prices Stephanie has charged me went from $30 to over $600 for the exact same service. Same product, same injection sites. When I told them I had a problem with my last service not working as it should have I was brushed off and told it wasn't their product and that I just needed more injections...... I've never had an issue with the injections in nearly a decade at other places. The additional injections catapulted my cost through the roof. The uptick on pricing and decline of quality product is a no brainer. Luxe Loft roped me in with low, new client prices and then stopped delivering quality service. I'm really disappointed to have found out how they run things as I'd planned to be a client for life. There are numerous other places in the area to have these services performed. I highly recommend looking into those other places for the sake of your face and your wallet. read more
