I want to address the -1 star immediately, this is due to price alone. In Miami, I booked a Move-out Clean and it was $315 - they were amazing and the home was about 1,700 SqFt (3 BR 2.5 Bth) - Move Outs cleans are ROUGH for sure. Here I booked a Move-in Clean, mostly for construction clean up and it was $370 for a 1,017 SqFt (2 BR 2 Bth) IMO the work was way lighter and I was quite shocked but they did do a great job. Some of the cleaners left steaks on the bathroom floors which easily show footprints but other than that I think the house looks amazing, I am still just getting over the sticker shock I guess.- I do apologize for the -1 star but I can't seem to get over the huge price difference for the home size and work required. The Cleaning Maids were Phenomenal - clear, concise communication, got in and out - sent me photos, and payment was a breeze - I would definitely use them again however, I think I would be shopping around first - again this is solely due to the pricing of services but maybe this is a higher-priced area...for cleaning..... I had no worries leaving our home in her care for hours. She had agreed to use only pet-friendly chemicals and just seemed very professional and trustworthy.
