The staff were great with my dog - and though the service is significantly overpriced, I feel they did a really good job. I did feel slightly concerned for the staff because they don't verify that dogs are vaxxed and they didn't cut her nails on a grooming table (which serves to protect the pet and staff). Knowing my dog is vaxxed and since there were no incidents with my pet (nor harm to staff), it left me feeling fairly ok and hopeful that any future visits would go ok too.

I have already submitted complaints through their online system and by email, but no one has responded or followed up. The lack of customer service and accountability is extremely frustrating. Pet owners trust companies like this to provide safe products for their animals, and ignoring customer complaints about damaged food is unacceptable. The store manager, Kayla, was especially rude and dismissive. Instead of being welcoming or helpful--especially to someone looking to adopt--her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They were so mean to the cat she jumped out the cage and was lost for several hours. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism, and that was clearly lacking here. The way I was treated did not reflect a business that values its customers or the community it serves. I strongly encourage others to be aware of how they may be treated before choosing to support this business. There are plenty of other pet stores and adoption centers that are kind, respectful, and genuinely care about both animals and people. I will not be returning.

I have used Camp…read moreBow Wow for two years for boarding, prior minor incidents...however, this last stay he was there for 8 days.... when I picked him up (545pm Saturday July 6th) he seemed ok, when I got home and I inspected his neck...he had severe skin irritation and his hair was clumped like dread locks...nobody did anything to help my dog likely his entire stay. In addition he also had an infection on his front paw (claw) ...that needed medical attention from his vet. While this was not life threatening, I had to wait til Monday to see a Vet. Needless to say, we will never return and I hope their careless ownership and management staff learns a valuable lesson. They took no responsibility and hid behind the waiver I signed. Oh, $55 a day for My dog to be ignored and thrown in a kennel. Heading back to Biscuit Garden or Green Level Kennel and planning his boarding well in advance. Cody is a Golden Retriever who is 100lbs and a gentle giant always happy to see people. I will not post the response from Camp Bow Wow because the assistant manager did apologize but otherwise offered nothing, I asked them to refund his $117 vet bill and they declined...but I will say that their ownership took no responsibility and claimed they were un reachable for a family emergency...awful convenient...I wonder how many times they use that excuse?? We love the fact that drop off and pick up times are convenient, and I look forward to seeing the pictures and videos posted to Facebook each day. Murphy has been coming to DDR since he was 3 months old. With Brenna and Kenzie's coaching, we were able to teach a very energetic puppy to have manners, come when called and play politely with other pups. What we love is that Brenna and Kenzie don't just watch our dogs - they work with them, play with them and love them like their own. We even had Kenzie walk Murphy down the aisle at our wedding!! The DDR team is second to none - if you need a doggy daycare in the triangle area, this is the place!
