While touring the campus I noticed that almost everyone was extremely hospitable. I've never met such enjoyable people before in my life. The campus is very outdated as we toured two different dorms, one was TINY and old while the other was newer and spacious, Some buildings were painted while others were older and more rustic (orange looking). I think this campus really needs an update (maybe some white wash on the brick buildings) but other than that it's a pretty campus with tons of different opportunities! When we went, there were little tents set up where you could meet students and join clubs. I feel like they really have a sense of community at MSU! Also, there is a Chick-fil-A on campus that has super quick service so that was a plus! (Go Dogs!)

My dogs discharged papers were full of details and instructions , including a link to a YouTube video on how to care for her at home. I'm so grateful for my dogs outcome. I spent my teenage years…read moredreaming of going off to some university far away from the Mississippi Delta, but I ended up going to MDCC like so many others in my family have. Despite still dreaming of getting far away from this small area, I don't regret coming to MDCC; in fact, I'm so glad I did. I have grown and matured so much since coming to MDCC. I have developed from a timid girl who was too scared to say what was on her mind to someone who is willing to say it like it is, step up, and take charge of things. I was never involved in things in high school and had only three friends; at MDCC, I have become involved in almost everything and have made so many friends that I am grateful for. The academics are great at MDCC, and my teachers have all pushed me to do my best. I feel prepared for my future thanks to MDCC, and I am so grateful for attended there.

It is a very friendly college where people will wave and speak to you. It encompasses 332 acres in the Western Central part of Cleveland, MS. It is in Bolivar County.

This is the overflow-overflow lot for Ole Miss football parking. We ended up here when all the…read moreother lots for RVs were full. We ended up being the only ones there, except for a few cars at gametime and right before and after. So not good if you want to party, but great if you want to sleep. We did the Grove and Square and hung out in one of the Ole Miss Rv lots as well, so we pretty much got the full experience anyway. This is a good place to park if you want to avoid the insanity of, well, pretty much every other place in town.
