I could visibly see my bride and mothers shoulders relax after meeting Mary for the first time, a few weeks before the wedding. Mary had all sorts of supplies we could use (all for free) and really knew her stuff. During our rehearsal, Mary instructed everyone to come to her on the day of the wedding. Not me (the groom), not my mother, not the bride, but her. She played the QB and handled everything. Guys, and girls, in a world where couples getting married are nickled and dimed for every little thing, this place is the opposite. Never once did Mary say something like "Sure, we can do that for an extra fee". Everything was "Oh sure, here's what I have, what do you think?" You can tell both Chris and Mary really enjoy their work. I have nothing but glowing comments to say about them and their facility. I would recommend them a hundred times over if I could. Save yourself the research and stress...seriously. IF she is available, hurry now and snag her up because she is an extremely rare gem in the photography (and wedding) industry. Now, I'll elaborate You're going to see a trend as you continue to read through Heather's reviews...she is amazingly artistic, she is easy going, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease, she is very responsive and eager to help with timeline details (your wedding planning is likely not quite there yet but this will be a HUGE help down the road as your date nears), she has a contagiously energetic and fun personality, she is a photography ninja (I really liked that one because it perfectly describes her stealth like skills), etc.....you get the point. The list goes on and on and while it's all 100% true, words cannot capture the full product of talent, personality, service, and professionalism that Heather delivers. She is simply awesome. My husband and I were adamant on making sure we had the best of the best of these three items for our wedding day: 1) photographer 2) DJ/music and 3) food/drink. These were the most important to us because they would also be important for our guests. They are friendly and easy to work with. They had great ideas. They even realized I play the sport disc golf and took the time to get some unique shots with frisbees flying over our heads. The video is fantastic too. I really like that I have an accurate view of how the day went rather than a 5 minute cinematic movie about the day. I can rewatch my bride walking down the aisle, or my parents giving their speech at the reception. My life is better for having hired these two. I would recommend this great company to anyone.

The Tanis's were very easy to deal with before, during, and after the photo shoot. We had 5 families and a mess of little kids in our group, 5 aged 5 and under, and Aaron and Agnieszka were very patient and understanding of how difficult it can be to wrangle that many attentions. Their calm, relaxed demeanor was easy to draw from and they ended up capturing some excellent expressions and moments. The photos came out really beautiful.
