They're experienced realtors who have been doing this a long time, which means they're knowledgeable about houses and everything that can go wrong, all the necessary paperwork and procedures, and they've always been good about connecting us with quality services in the area related to inspections, repairs, and moving. Plus they're just incredibly nice people and will bend over backwards to help you find just the right place, whatever effort that entails, without being pushy or trying to rush you into something that might not be ideal. It's a nice place and good budget. It's close to the stores, gas stations, restaurants, and 10-15 minutes to the UNA campus. There are railroads tracks around the area. It's close to the trees/forest where I love to see and hear the birds and small animals. The pool is nice. Great parking and guest parking are there. Nice neighbors we had. The kitchen is small but it is tolerable. I'm so glad they have a building office so we can print off our papers. Maintenance is on point when we needed help with some fixing or problems. Stephanie and her team are super nice by hanging the card and balloons on the door. It is a quiet neighborhood also. I would love to live there again, but I had to move to 2020 due to family. I would definitely recommend living here as a college student.
