The installer, Affordable Roofing Co. has refused any responsibility as warranty is no longer valid. We've had several issues where they've had to come back and fix a problem just few days after installing our new roof. I wasn't happy with the front of our roof at the time of installation he kept assuring me that my roof was good . Now we have all these issues upon inspection. I would not recommend this company. They will not stand behind there workship
