I had the replacement part and all the harware to reassemble the tractor which I gave the counter person when I checked in the tractor. The did install the part, but then they discarded all the other hardware and didn't reassemble the tractor. When I picked it up, they told me they would look for the other parts. After a few days they called back and told me that they didn't have the parts anymore. I asked them to look for them again, and when they called back a few days later, they told me they never received the other hardware. Avoid these guys, they don't take responsibility for anything.

The lady was super nice and offered to replace the batteries while I looked around in other parts of the store. The bathrooms were very clean and conveniently located in the store. The owner comes back and asked me if he can help me and I said no thank you I'm looking for a couple things and he stands there and stares at me and I said is there something wrong and he said is there and I said no and he said do you need help finding anything so I wanted these two ratchets and I'm looking at a couple other things and he said well I'm just watching you you look like you need to be watched and I pulled out the $450 some dollars in my pocket and said no I'm here to buy a few things and he said no you're the type that needs to be watched. I'm literally in the parking lot after buying the things I bought them at the register and he said thank you have a nice day and I said I highly doubt it now that I've been treated this way I cannot believe I was treated so rudely by somebody I'm not dressed poorly I have jeans and an American flag t-shirt on I don't understand what his problem was.
