I also heard from multiple co-workers that since they did not qualify for the pre-k program at Killeen isd, they decided to place their little one in Memorial Christian Academies accredited pre-k class and seen instant learning as a result. Some of my co-workers decided to keep their children at Memorial all the way through high school, while others stated they enrolled their child in KISD for whatever reason. On both cases every single child was advanced by multiple years. With smaller class room and a curriculum like A Beka your child will be so far ahead of the curve. I am so blessed and honored to have my daughter attend Memorial and and truly thankful for the faculty and staff that help shape and mold my daughter each and everyday!

The administration changed about 2 years ago and it is sad how the school has declined in it's Christian value base. Teachers are selected off of craigs list to fill a position rather than selecting good quality staff to teach our children. The administration is more of a dictatorship than a collaborative teaching environment. When administration gets questioned the children become the victims. It is heartbreaking to watch. The staff is intimidated to the point where they don't speak up and the frustrations become evident in the classrooms. Political agendas, immigration viewpoints and even biblical challenges have found their way into the curriculum. I have talked to some of the other parents and they feel the same. Unfortunately most will not speak up publicly but it I think it is my duty as a parent and Christian to ensure that the truth is brought to light and the children left there are defended. Please do not bring your child here... it's not about the money, it is about the moral compass of the integrity of the school. If you are a current parent, please speak up... the children are counting on you. If you are looking to enroll... look deep, you will find this is not the place to keep your most precious possession safe. God Bless.

Professors were super personal, and truly cared about their classes. I got to be part of organizations like LULAC, and develop leadership skills. My statistics professor was so personal and she cared so much about her job to the point that she would let you txt her to ask for help on homework after hours. Writing lab was a great resource, as well as the math lab. Tons of resources are provided if you need help with assignments.

Unfortunately, I DO NOT recommend Temple College! The two years my son spent here were filled with Great disappointment. My son was Aggressively grabbed and yelled at by Asst Coach Train. We started our daughter in this daycare at the start of Jan 2026. However, we began looking for…read moreanother daycare because they decided between Christmas and New Years (giving basically 2 days notice) to change their hours from closing at 6 to closing at 5:30 and with our jobs we needed a later pickup time. They were willing to work with us on later days as needed since no other daycares that are opened until 6 had availability at the time.    We ended up using them for 7 weeks, and in that time did not have a good experience.  1. My daughter was there at age 4-5 months, she is not a fussy, colicky, sleepy baby. At home she would normally sleep about 45 minutes to an hour between feeding and is usually awake for about 2 hours.  However, at daycare she would sleep 7-8 hours out of the 10-11 hours she was there. They said she'd sleep for 3 hours, wake up to eat, be changed and back asleep for another 2-3 hours within 45 minutes to an hour most days. I waited over a week to make sure it wasn't a growth spurt or something before bringing it up to them. When I did they said "I don't know what you want that's just her schedule here", "she's just a grumpy baby", "I know you're a first time mom and everything can freak you out and worry you but that's just how it is" I eventually had to say flatly find a way to not allow this much sleep, it affects her night sleep and it's affecting her development because she's sleeping all the time and not learning.  2. I'm breast feeding and I would bring milk to the daycare. At first, I brought just 1 gallon ziplock bag full of her bags of milk. The daycare was supposed to let me know when the milk was low. The second week I got a message in the their app first thing in the morning saying that she's out of milk, luckily my mom was able to bring them some. I understand mistakes happen, so I started bringing 2, 1 - gallon sized bags so that when they finished one gallon bag they could let me know and this wouldn't happen again. However, it happened 2 more times, so a total of 3 times in 7 weeks. . 3. The morning manager parks in the stripes next to the handicap space. My mom needs that extra space and when this was brought to the managers attention, she flatly refused to move her car or offer a solution to assist saying with attitude (on more than one occasion) "I park there and I'm not moving...if you have an issue talk to my director." She also refused to standup and have a conversation with my mom, just stayed on the floor (she wasn't doing anything with the kids at the time) on her phone and gave attitude. The director reinforced allowing her to park there, but she did offer to help assist my mom if needed. 4. Every morning at drop off the staff was on their phone scrolling through videos instead of paying attention to the children.    I waited to write this review until we'd been at our new daycare for 2 weeks. This was to make sure that her changes at the new daycare weren't just a fluke but were consistent.   At Little Loves, when we would come to pick her up, she would hardly ever smile or show any emotion until we got her into the car seat. She was not really "talking" to the staff such as, if they talked to her and told her bye or something she would just have RBF. At home, when we laid her into her crib for her naps she fought it for 10-20 minutes crying and screaming (which she didn't do before daycare). I didn't expect a lot of pictures, but we would barely get any pictures, maybe 1 in 2 weeks at Little Loves   At the new daycare she sleeps for just over two hours total a day. When we pick her up, she is awake, alert, often babbling and chilling, even if she is in her crib (because the teacher may be busy with other kids). And when the teacher tells her bye, she smiles and babbles at her. When my husband picks her up, she's all smiles immediately, not just when she gets to her car seat. We ask how she was each day and if she was fussy at all, and they nearly always say she's not fussy unless maybe she's hungry or gassy but otherwise she's great. Now when we lay her in crib for her naps at home, she's asleep within 1 minute and no fussing. We get 4+ pictures a day of her doing tummy time, 'talking' to other babies, story time, music etc.  I do not recommend Little Loves Daycare to anyone.

Excellent University with great students and an involved staff. We enjoy going to games and eating…read morein the cafeteria. Classes are small and Professors care about their students. We are always imprEssed being on campus with how nice everyyome is. UMHB is unapologetically Christian and provides a welcoming enviroment to everyone. We will continue to attend games and watch the World Champions Crusaders next season. My family has attended baseball games and seen presentations by amazing speakers. Presenters include President George HW Bush, Chuck Norris, Mary Lou Retton and Robert Gates. We are fortunate to have this institution in Central Texas as it celebrates its 175th anniversary.

Seeing him grow in confidence and learn the swim-float-swim sequence has been incredible. Now he can swim, float, and swim again to reach safety if he ever falls into the water. As a parent, the peace of mind this gives me is priceless. Miss Sandra is patient, encouraging, and amazing with kids. The lifesaving skills she teaches are something every child should have. We will definitely be continuing with maintenance lessons

They have been caring for my son since 10/24, pre k and now after care and summer care. They are so…read morenice and seem to genuinely care about the kiddos. My only wish is that there was no screen time at all, but I know with weather in Texas and the kids all over, it's gonna happen. But I love that during the summer they do field trips and camps and I don't have to worry about getting them to and from. They pick up after school and it's not restricted to one elementary. They are also open a lot of the long holiday periods too which helps with work. But mainly, it's the fact that they seem to genuinely like and care for all the kiddos. Value wise it's very reasonable compared to where I came from in RR as well.
