From the moment he called me, he was extremely professional, courteous, polite and empathetic. He could sense my urgency to have someone clean our home quickly and he accommodated our request even though the hours I needed him were technically not working hours for his business. AJ arrived at our home punctually, had a great personality and maintained the professionalism I got over the phone.
