I spent nearly $2,000 on a mattress, and it didn't even last six months before developing serious issues. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of support when something goes wrong. Once they've made the sale, don't expect much help. Had I known more about this scammy company, the manufacturer, and the risks involved before purchasing, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Corsicana, the manufacturer of 99% of the mattresses there, filed for bankruptcy-but of course they aren't going to share that information with you. My interactions with the staff left me extremely disappointed. I found the customer service to be dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for resolving legitimate concerns. What should have been a straight forward customer service issue turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience on several occasions. As a customer, I felt ignored, misled, and completely undervalued. After spending that much money, I expected a quality product and professional service. I received neither. This has been one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Jenn was excellent as she spoke with me about my needs and desires for my purchase. Jenn showed me several options and encouraged me to try the table and chairs. I quickly found something in my price range and felt no pressure, only support. As Jenn and I spoke, I mentioned needing a new mattress. Jenn asked me if she could show me their options and waited for a response. Jenn never guided me or pushed me to look, knowing that I had only come in for a table. Jenn again showed me multiple options and encouraged me to try them all. I was quickly able to narrow down my choice. In passing, I mentioned a recliner to Jenn, and she asked if I would like to check out what they had in stock. When I declined, she was polite and asked if there was anything else.
