Now they refuse to give me a return label and refund until they get their product back. Owner is completely disrespectful which i have messages to prove over the phone asked me if could "shut my pie hole" so he can talk. Says the armrest are supposed to come like that, although every other vendor I have spoken with and showed them pictures of these damages say it shouldn't. A different vendor I ordered these from was able to send me pictures of the exact product I would receive, and what do you know, there isn't any damages like these. Van's auto owner is a complete con artist that doesn't want to accept fault for his damaged product. Even his employee Matthew said they get complaints about the owner all the time. LMFAO!!!!

NAPA's best alternator is $240.00 after their mark-up. They charged her $180.00 in labor. There were other minor costs with taxes that added another $100.00 to the bill. I called the owner and politely asked to reconsider the high cost for a simple repair. He refused to change the bill. I told him we wouldn't come back for service in the future and he didn't care. Perfect example of taking advantage of a woman.
