Sylvia answered the phone, made me feel completely comfortable and assured, that visiting angels would be able to meet my needs. And they definitely did. Sylvia came to assess our needs and was there for the aides' first day. Not only did my mother get caring attention from the aides, they were there on time, and absolutely reliable.
