We hired this company to complete a cleaning of a vacant home. I was quoted $500 for this job crazy expensive . I agreed because they promised to do exactly what was requested. They were given a simple list Windows and sills dust baseboards bathroom sanitization with bleach and kitchen (counters floors wipe grease off cabinets) Hired separately a carpet cleaner. So bedrooms not included Upon completion of said job None of the requests were completed except half of the Bathrooms were cleaned . Counters were neglected. Hair was still present on surfaces No kitchen no surfaces no baseboards no windows???? There eco cleaning supplies consisted of "Ajax dish soap " Yeah no lie . Extremely dissatisfied I had requested they come back and do the job requested ( dusting of baseboards and clean windows and After supplying the cleaning person with my cleaning supplies They did return however And again I had to clean the window sills myself and do each baseboard with them. I had called the owner again who apparently is out of the country. She sent me a bill for $1600 . Horrified I called and they explained they charge 50$ per person per hour so the $500 quote did not apply and well I explained the job wasn't competed as asked simply not done. They did not offer any remember not offer to finish the service they bill for. So I hired another company Elite Cleaning Who did the job I had requested at half the price . I had my house cleaned today and I could not be more thrilled!! My schedule has been so busy recently, cleaning just got away from me and all the cleaning I had time for was just surface cleanings but it never really felt like a clean house. I could not stop smiling when I got home today and saw what an amazing job they did!! My bathroom had never looked so clean! I would recommend this company to anyone, especially people with a busy schedule or young kids. The owner stated that she lost my check for my initial cleaning. I had bi-weekly cleaning, so for the next service, I paid for that day and the first day. Then I found that she did cash my original check - so I paid for my first cleaning twice! It's been FOUR months of trying to get a refund. She still has my money. Very dishonest!! read more

1st time using Home & Planet on a recommendation from a client of theirs. We have a tiny condo with no clutter just open spaces, I came home to find dirty floors under my kitchen table and sofa . My kitchen counters were sticky and they didn't bother to move anything to wipe. It was basically all just quickly surface cleaned . My tiny bathroom shower had cleaner still on the walls like it wasn't even rinsed off. So extremely unhappy, owner took days to respond I left voicemails and texts and didn't offer any refund or partial refund. It was like having my teenage son clean instead of a professional service . Maricela was really great - I needed some flexibility with scheduling and she was super accommodating. The two ladies who came to provide a "first cleaning" - I'd never had a cleaner in, and am no Martha Stewart on my own - dealt with a super hot day, and a pretty dirty home, and did the most AMAZING job. When I came back from errands I was absolutely blown away by the thoroughness and attention to detail. My soul felt lighter, it was so great. Terrible experience. Had high expectations at first. "Deep cleaning" was neither deep, nor clean. Vacuuming BEFORE mopping is generally the process. I had them mop the kitchen floor twice and am still picking up dirt, etc... What a waste of $360.00........................ read more

Had a really good experience with the owner, Maricela, and the cleaning that they did in my house before me and my wife had a big family party. Overall, I thought she did a good job vacuuming, dusting, and the work on my kitchen was awesome. I was super impressed with the work that the crew did. I needed our rental house cleaned before new tenants moved in and have had trouble in the past with different companies to get a decent job done. I knew the house was in rough shape since it is on a college campus and was hoping to at least get the basics cleaned. I spoke with the owner about what could be done and she communicated with me throughout the process. The cleaning was more than I could have ever asked for.
