We just used GS Family Cleaners for a deep clean of our 4 bedroom house in Swampscott. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Graziela and her team are miracle workers. I recently bought my childhood home, so I can confidently say that this house has NEVER been so clean in 30+ years. 100 year old metal radiators are sparkling, our badly water-stained shower door looks brand new. Our floors were recently refinished, so Graziela used just soap, water, and vinegar to clean them and they look stunning. I keep finding corners that I didn't know were dirty and now look brand new (inside of our toaster oven, the medicine cabinet, windows and window sills). I wish I had more "before" photos to show the difference! I called Graziela on Wednesday morning to ask about a deep clean, she was here that afternoon to give a timing/cost estimate, and our house was sparkling clean by Thursday night. Also want to mention that Graziela's business is woman-owned and family-run. She is absolutely lovely, so easy to work with, and runs an excellent team. Graziela and her team went above and beyond to do a professional deep cleaning of our home after we recently had several contractors perform some minor improvements (painting, refinishing floors, etc). Graziela is very pleasant to work with and accommodating towards our needs. Our flooring contractor has given us specific instructions for how to properly clean our refinished hardwood floors, and while the instructions were unconventional to how Graziela and her team typically cleans hardwood floors, she assured us she would follow our specific instructions and requests to take care of our floors in the best way possible. The total cost of the deep cleaning was not insignificant, but there was a crew of 4 who spent 7 hours (!) for the deep clean, and the house was sparkling afterwards. Graziela, was outstanding. When I met her I needed to have a good safe feeling, I was not going to be there when she did the work. What I found out is that she is trustworthy, and a very hard worker. She was easy to work with for scheduling. The work that she and her team did was amazing. They cleaned everything, draws, fridge, freezer, bathrooms, counters, oven, stove, lights, chandelier, window & sills, closets and shelves, I could go on and on. Then she sent me video's of the work that had been done. She even folded the toilet paper ends to look like a "ROSE". When I walked in the next morning, the condo looked like brand new construction. I would highly recommend her services to anyone, and plan to give her name to the real estate company that I am using and the teachers I work with. read more

I had previously hired this team for other tasks and was satisfied with their work, but this latest experience completely ruined my trust in their service. They initially claimed to charge an hourly rate for deep cleaning but were inconsistent with their effort, slacking off at times. Despite this, they later insisted that a team of three worked for eight hours and tried to charge an outrageous $960 for deep cleaning a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment under 1,000 square feet--a price that is absurdly high for the service provided. After pushing back, they agreed to $750, which was still unreasonably expensive for a deep cleaning service. This experience felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge rather than provide fair and transparent pricing. I can no longer recommend them any more. read more

Graziela and her team did a phenomenal job deep cleaning our home. Setting up the appointment was easy and she was very prompt in replying to emails and phone calls. We used her service to deep clean our home prior to an open house and were able to schedule on short notice. She communicated well when they were a little late and was easy to talk with throughout the day for updates. Her whole team was nice and very friendly with our pup. It made the whole experience a lot less stressful. For cleaning, they were very thorough. They cleaned areas of our home I don't think I would have even thought to clean. This was one of the best investments I've ever made. Graziela and her crew member were on time and ready to go. I work from a home office, so was there the entire time. Not that I was checking on them, but they never stopped working. I asked for a deep clean for a place where I've lived for five years. It has never looked better! I had Graziela and her team do a deep dive clean on my home to prepare it for an open house. There are four full floors of living space so it was a big project. As the day wore on it became clear that the three-person team was not going to be able to finish. Graziela called and said she could have four more team members there that afternoon.
