It took you 6 days to tell us you cannot accommodate our request knowing a life was at risk. 6 days you took our money and for 6 days you waited to tell us you could not accommodate our requests. Within those 6 days I could hired a professional company who would have said from the start yes or no. You choose to wait 6 days. 6 days to say no. And yes my gut feeling did and does feel you know the person. No length of response from you will change my opinion of this company. She read the paperwork and it's disgusting she waited 6 days to advise knowing the person had to be served by 3/26 has been evading being served since February. The disappointment and unprofessional and lack of empathy flat out gross.
