He offered a very attractive contract - no hidden fees or monthly time requirements, no regular schedule requirements, can cancel the shift the day before if a doctor's visit or something else comes up. He schedules shifts with a minimum of 4 hours, which is just what we needed. The caregivers who came were friendly, kind and followed our directions well. We left a list of tasks for the day, including bathing, dressing, laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation. The caregivers would leave us a note at the end of the day of what they had done and how my mom had done. So helpful to have their record. Angel Heart truly helped us during a difficult time and made it very easy to use their services. I recommend them highly if you are looking for a caregiver service.
