There is an 90 yr old resident that lives on the 4th floor of this building who has to get out of her wheelchair and try to climb on the stair lift just to get downstairs to eat. With the elevator being down it makes it hard for paramedics or the mortuary or the residents to get around. As much as it cost to live here these residents shouldn't have to go one day without a elevator. This property also is know for having guard dogs until they killed them because they didn't take care of them. The dog's was mistreated. Now they talking about getting more dogs because having guard dogs on property is a good selling tool which is sad because the same thing will happen to the new dogs as well because they will not be taken care of

Beds not made every day, trash not taken every day, laundry not returned within 24 hours, room not cleaned weekly as scheduled and room maintenance on weekends is not timely. Then there's the chaotic food service at every meal. There is no daily standardization, co-ordination of taking orders, serving of meals. Orders are missed or not delivered, etc. The care staff handles meal service, but they have not been trained at all.
