This brings into the question Carechoices overall leadership and adherence with their own mission statements, so you may want to research other companies before making such an important choice. Additionally, it created a lack of trust and comfort on both sides---theirs and ours---which should not be a factor when your loved one is dying. Lastly, communications and supplies sometimes lagged, as did follow-through with the social worker we were assigned, but never heard from to schedule our meetings.
