A massage relaxes you, but a good stretch session almost feels like a reset for your whole body. This is a great way to start the year off right, with your body stretched out instead of tight and worn down. If your muscles are tight, if you are under a lot of stress, or if you have been traveling a lot, I think you should seriously consider getting stretched.
