Jake Hughes is a great salesman but don't be fooled. I hired his agency to provide in-home care for…read moreme. I can't tell you how many times I was left without coverage (would have to go back to my folder to calculate exactly, but appr 40% of the time) either for hours or most times the entire day. Would have to call upon my 85 yr old mother or a neighbor neither of which were qualified or able to do the cares I require. Sometimes I would've been laying in the same position for 18+ hrs (yes, I developed pressure sores), sometimes needing my brief changed, my catheter full and needing drained, and sometimes without food or drink. I tried reporting him to several agencies,unsuccessfully, because he's not licensed. Apparently, a license isn't required in the state of Iowa. Was told this is my only recourse. Hopefully, others read this review before trusting their loved ones to this agency!!
