    Great selection of home decor items. Service is great with friendly cashiers ready to help you with your purchase. Front doorman greeting customers as they arrive builds a friendly environment for customers.

    This is one of the best Home Goods location I'd been. All is placed in order. Each section has visible assigned associate that readily assist customers. Pricing wise, very reasonable for the quality of the merchandise in question. It has good selections. My tip, if you find something you like, grab it as it will be gone when you come back.

    Does that look like I'm hovering over the customer's shoulder? Plenty of space.

    Long story short: nice store, downright rude employee (specifically the cashier Marie). We decided to go at opening time 9:30am to enjoy a quiet, peaceful shopping experience on a holiday weekend to stock up on some items. We liked the location given the ease of parking and wide space indoor. Nice items, a bit pricey when compared to Marshalls, but overall nice items. This store gets a one star because we were satisfied with stock. NO stars for customer service. Entered a slow check out line. We were standing about 5 feet behind a customer being assisted at counter, I was at the edge of the aisle with my baby stroller, patiently waiting. Meanwhile, it's a quiet store so we can hear every single conversation at the register. Cashier named Marie looks at us and snaps in a rude, condescending tone (out of nowhere) to step back because we can't be on top of the customer at the counter. The customer, who is pregnant and with her spouse, never said a peep and actually smiled at us and our daughter earlier when we were on the line. I responded and said "we're not breathing over her shoulder." What in the world was up Marie's butt at 10:15am?! I can't imagine having to deal with someone like that in the afternoon during busy hours. We have never been treated liked this at a Home Goods, Marshalls or TJ Maxx. I didn't expect such downright rude service for customers who are on the line to PAY for their items. I'm so disgusted by the behavior that I will not return to this Home Goods in the future. Hope the store manager gets Marie some courses of general etiquette and mannerism.

    place is very narrow and packed full of stuff. good luck getting around the store. Not my kinda store but enough stuff to choose from.

The sales person, Cindy Kim, printed a contract that stated that the sofa will be delivered in 4 months and cannot be cancelled, returned, nor will I be entitled to a refund of my deposit. Noting the length of time for delivery, I questioned her to explain why it will take 4 months. She stated that it will take 4 months because of the pandemic. Well, I have been waiting patiently, it is now 5 months, the company did not contact me to explain that there would be an additional delay for the furniture to arrive. I think this was unprofessional of the company. I believe the contract is void due to the fact that the time period originally agreed upon was not kept. I contacted this company several times after the 4-month time period. They refused to give me store credit or a refund despite our contracted agreement. The owner, Joyce Lee, told me to take her to court if I choose to do that and went on to explain that all of their customers are waiting patiently for furniture. I told them I have been unable to use my living room because I do not have a sofa to sit on and would like to buy an available sofa that does not require shipping from another country. They denied my request and insisted that I wait for the furniture to arrive. It must be noted that they were unable to give an arrival date. Two hours after emailing them I received a call stating my furniture arrived and would be delivered in 2 days. They stated in was in the NJ warehouse and that I could inspect it when it is delivered. They collected the balance owed over the phone. On 4/17/2021 the sofa that was delivered and assembled in my home measured only 70 inches. I ordered a 74-inch custom-sized sofa, I am furious. Buyer Beware!!!!

Prices seem expensive. They have beautiful sofas and living room sets upwards of 5k. We sat in a living room that was leather, very stylish with a sticker price of 10k. Go figure this is worst than buying a car..the section in the back of the store has some amazing recliners starting at $3k and up.

You'd think that maybe they would offer the bigger model for the same price since they screwed up but this was not the case. Oh well we didn't need the bigger model. She promises things like repairs, and quality of pieces. I was told once that a certain glass part of a dining table is SCARTCH PROOF. She swore by it. And it wasn't. We tried to get a refund or discount after that lie was told, but then she goes on saying she never said this or that. BUYERS BEWARE. These owners, especially the woman, is extremely rude and lies. My recent most expensive piece was a bedroom set, said to be made or from Turkey. The pieces are flimsy like looseleaf paper and CHEAP CHEAP QUALITY. HATE IT! She denied a refund. After negative experiences and giving so many chances, I was forced in my heart to write about it. With hopes to help someone else avoid going through what we all went through. They are scam artists here, even the men delivering and working to put together your furniture, agrees that the Owner is just horrible and a headache to work with!! She was so rude to my Mother and I towards the end. And we made them so much money. Buyers PLEASE BEWARE!

I was assisted by Mario, who was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and truly exceptional throughout the entire sales process. After explaining my space limitations, Mario recommended PC Richard's $50 in-home assessment service, where a surveyor visits to take measurements before purchase to ensure the appliance will fit. I was interested in the LG WashTower, replacing my previous GE washer/dryer combo. The surveyor completed the measurements and advised that the installation would be tight but feasible. I returned to the store, and Mario expertly guided me through the purchase. He answered every question and concern thoroughly, never rushing the process. His professionalism and genuine connection with customers are exactly what great customer service should look like. We secured the sale and delivery date without issue. Unfortunately, the delivery experience started off terribly. The first installation crew arrived, looked at the space, and immediately said, "Why didn't you buy the same machine? It's not going to fit." I was surprised because I had specifically paid for an assessment from PC Richard's to avoid this exact situation. After bringing the LG WashTower into my home, one crew member began speaking to the others in Spanish, saying that the unit would not fit. He then stated in English, "We can't do this. It won't fit." I explained that a surveyor from their own company had measured the space and approved the installation. I asked whether this was truly an installation issue or simply a service issue. The lead installer paused and attempted to explain that I should never have been told the appliance would fit. While I was discussing the situation with Mario on speakerphone, the crew simply walked away, leaving without completing the installation or haul-away service. To make matters worse, they forged my electronic signature and marked the delivery as completed. Thankfully, Mario immediately stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism and urgency. Within an hour, he arranged for a second installation crew to come to my home. This is where the experience completely turned around. Jorge and Joel arrived and were outstanding from the moment they walked in. Jorge calmly assessed the situation, listened to what had happened, and immediately got to work. Watching Jorge and Joel work together was incredible. Their teamwork, professionalism, competence, and positive attitude were the complete opposite of what I had experienced earlier. Despite being a two-person crew instead of three, they successfully installed the LG WashTower and completed the haul-away service in approximately two hours. This review is intentionally long because customer experience doesn't end at the point of sale. A great salesperson can create a wonderful buying experience, but a poor installation can ruin it completely. I want to specifically recognize Mario, Jorge, and Joel for turning what could have been a disastrous experience into a positive one. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction are the reason I will return to this branch for future purchases. As for the first crew, I strongly encourage management to investigate their conduct. Installation jobs vary in difficulty, and there is a significant difference between "can't do it" and "won't do it." Their behavior came across as unwillingness rather than inability, and forging a customer's signature is completely unacceptable. Thank you, Mario, Jorge, and Joel, for restoring my confidence and proving what true customer service looks like.

They specialize in selling Sealy's products, including Tempur-Pedic and Stearns & Foster. Being a traditional mattress store, they tend to sell higher end mattresses rather than pure foam, vacuum-sealed mattresses. You can also buy bedding furniture, such as mattress frames, drawers, night stands, and mirrored dressers. Delivery and assembly is covered as well, which is a huge plus!
