I now have to go to District Court and sue them for all of the money I lost due to their incompetence. I encountered the scene in the movie "Pretty Woman" where the employee told me that carpet here is very expensive and at least $2 sq ft and very high quality. Ok, I just wanted a quote and could decide from there if expensive. Anyway, he tried to delay helping me and then another employee volunteered to help me. The other employee at least try to be pleasant and polite. They did have carpet at $1.69 sq ft. The estimate was hand written which is very antiquated and with no line by item breakdown and just a lump sum.
