The hair consultant listen to my needs and my wants regarding of my son's hair she didn't decide to make her her own but instead asked me along the way if it's was okay and I really appreciate that. The price was great it was $7 for his hair to get trimmed so I gave her a $10 tip for her professionalism. I will make sure to go back there again for my son and even for my daughter. I would recommend for almost anybody to go there. And the reason why I say almost is because I have ethnic hair and honestly I don't know if the ladies have ever dealt with ethnic hair, I guess I will have to be a discussion for later to them.

A few minutes later Tara greeted me and asked me to fill out a Covid questionnaire. From there, she escorted me to the massage room. She asked me some questions and then left me to get ready. When she returned she made sure that I was comfortable both on the table as well as cool enough. The next 90 minutes were sheer bliss. I absolutely loved my entire experience. Went for a haircut a couple weeks ago, and admittedly left overall satisfied, however the stylist…read morewho did my hair left a HUGE chunk of the front layer blunt and unblended. This was a relatively easy fix at home, but she never should have let me leave the chair when even I was able to see this massive chunk in the mirror. Now we have a more serious problem. My daughter went in for a cut and layers around the front. First, the lady doing her hair cut it FAR too short without first confirming the length, and at that point there was nothing my daughter could have said to fix that. Then, she gave her a single layer that went around the entire head, straight across, also poorly blended. The front two pieces were not blended (straight across, blunt) so it looked like she was wearing a helmet. The lady left no volume in the lower part of the hair, and left so much on top. I don't think I need to explain how devastated my daughter is. I'm frustrated, given the fact that my children and I have been going to this hairdressers for many years, and I guess now that the old stylists who knew what they were doing have left, there are only new and inexperienced "hairdressers" working there. I should never have let my daughter go there after what I ended up leaving with. Would not recommend on any level.
