Staff is plentiful, usually milling around, talking with each other. I'm ignored most of the time, and when I ask for help, I'm 9 times out of 10 sent to the wrong place. I've given up asking. You're better off to spend some time browsing the store and helping yourself. If you need help with something, go elsewhere.

I find that some of the younger people working here are there to get a paycheck, not much else. They are not polite, seem to have no sense of humor and frankly, make me kinda glad to be out of the store. Recently, we were in the store and a young man was chatting in German with an employee. The item he needed was packed away, and when an employee was asked to go into storage and get what the customer needed, she rolled her eyes at the customer! I could have died!
