Bee Fencing recently completed the replacement of my 30-year-old privacy fence. The fence was in a…read morestate of disrepair, leaning precariously and hindering the operation of my lawnmower. The removal, disposal and replacement of 321 feet of fence took approximately four days. The original 4x4 posts were typically cut to ground level to prevent tripping hazards. Instead, steel poles were driven into the ground at least two feet, and treated boxes were strategically placed around them to conceal the poles on three sides. These boxes were constructed on-site, mirroring the robust and heavy gates. The boxes were securely attached to the steel poles using hardened steel fasteners, commonly referred to as Ram-Set Nails. The top of the boxes featured lateral rails, while three horizontal rails provided support for the pickets. In contrast, my previous fence only had two rails for picket support. These rails are the most straight and sturdy 20-foot-long 2x4s I have ever encountered. The top rail, with its wide face facing upwards, is likely to become a "Squirrel Expressway" in the future. The Bee Fencing crew, comprising up to six individuals depending on their workload, demonstrated exceptional professionalism. There was no verbal abuse, profanity, or music that disrupted the tranquility of my neighborhood. These young men were highly focused, transporting heavy pressure-treated lumber from their trucks to the backyard with remarkable efficiency. They also meticulously transported the old fence to their trucks with the same precision. At the conclusion of each day, they meticulously packed their tools and maintained the grounds. On the final afternoon, as the crew completed the installation of the last gate, I conducted a perimeter inspection and discovered only seven nails in the grass, with four of them attached into a strip. I love to bring local contactors into this project and have met amazingly honest people such as Arkansas Drain and Foundation, Salter Plumbing, Top Notch Roofing, Martin Footprints Flooring, Roundabout Cleaning Services, and many other local establishments that take care with this old girl of mine. I hired local Wolverine Roofing and Solar in 2022 for a full roof replacement including upgrades to slope a flat portion, install architectural shingles, and a seperate contract for subcontracted new gutters after the roof was installed and paid. I paid the roofing contract in full, over $34,000 -- received a Certificate of Completion and a paid in full invoice for the roofing work from Wolverine. Shortly after install, I noticed a gap left in the roofline that allowed varmints into my attic. I also reported that two windows were broken during installation (pointed out to the project manager at time installation) and that the newly installed gutter on the flat section was placed too high, causing drainage issues. It took 8 months of follow-up, multiple calls, and threats of legal action to get the company to respond. The gutter on the flat/pitched portion of the roof was installed too high, Mr. Vaprezsan himself acknowledged over a year ago, stating it caused water backup and should be corrected. Only after further escalation and on-site assessment with another contractor on site, did they properly repair the gap and replace the windows. When they did come, they initially performed a subpar patch job on the roofline. After pushing them hard on the quality of the "repair" did they finally come and correct for a second time. However, the gutter issue was never addressed -- and now the pitched flat roof section is leaking into my home, damaging my historic beadboard ceilings. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, Wolverine Roofing and Solar failed to respond until I filed a formal complaint with BBB. When I filed a BBB complaint, they responded by falsely claiming I didn't pay -- despite their own invoice for the roofing work stating my balance was $0. I did reserve payment for separate sub-contracted gutter work until the corrective actions promised by Mr. Vaprezsan were completed. Looking into other reviews, I've found this kind of response pattern is not unique to me. This company and owner have not upheld their workmanship warranty and failed to take accountability. Rather than addressing the leak and warranty claim, Wolverine Roofing has responded to my BBB complaint with an unfounded accusations and personal attacks. Looking into other reviews, I've found this kind of response pattern is not unique to me. I hoped to resolve this in good faith and expectation that Mr. Vaprezsan would honor his word and contractual agreements. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your roofing needs. I would strongly caution anyone considering Wolverine.

Well, right after install which appeared to go well, found around 50 nails laying in my yard. Call Keith who came out and received all the nails I found, and asked what credit I get for such a poor job cleaning up, 50 nails is a lot of nails to miss. Was told oh I will ding their pay, well how does that compensate the home owner? Sounds like the owner Keith finds great pay savings and pockets the mess up. Kind of poor clean up guarantee when only person it benefits is the business owner and the homeowner has to suffer the risk of a unfounded nail in the foot if not found. Never received a apology. But I just moved on. Well then found 7 full unused pack of shingles I was charged for, was advised he was keeping them, I agreed on the price which included them, so he wasn't crediting me and was taking them. Fine I guess he is correct, I agreed to the price and he is well within his right to not offer a partial refund on bought and unused material. Well had lighting strike my house, had to have shingles replaced @$500. Well wasn't going to get a second bid since he is warranting this roof and feeling if someone else worked on it, he might void his roof warranty. So I ate it. Well come to today where my roof is leaking. Had Keith and his employee Royce come out to look at figuring they could find leak and area possibly workmanship in the install, warranty should cover such things. Well comes out tells me it's a flashing issue. I ask well isn't that a installation issue and therefor covered under your workmanship warranty? Nope, not our problem, we didn't replace the flashing when we did your roof. I advised them they had to have messed with tge flashing since they replaced the plywood on the original install in the same spot. Was again advised not their fault and it will come out of my pocket for 2k to fix what they should have ensured was in good repair when the worked on the area. So a $50 part 5 min of work they had to do now is their bill of 2k 8 years later because they didn't care to do the job correctly originally instead trying to save a buck or even offer to replace it for a up charge. So they did poor work and tell customers they dont truly mean they cover tgeir clean up, and definitely don't honor their workmanship. I got a inspector to come look to see if it was a covered under insurance. I was told it was leaking under a nail that wasn't properly installed, and the inspection person laughed at the repair bid from premier. I asked Keith/Royce to meet the inspector when he come out to talk over what they found and what he finds. I got a good for you buddy, you do you from Royce basically telling me they didn't want anything to do with me since I didn't just pay them, and asked a inspector to look. I later looked at some pictures from the water stains in my ceiling and they didn't line up with the nail hole completely. So since premier told me to take a hike when confronting them on their findings and warranty, I opted to have a neutral 3rd roofing guy come out and they found the damage, cause and gave me a bid for repair. Basically found the same issue Royce and Keith witb premeir found. After he was done with estimate and telling me what he found I decided to let him in on the upper events and was advised that Premier was not only the cause of the leak in their workmanship, but they failed to install normal water gaurd that would have been $50 and I wouldn't be in the pickle I'm in. Well all I can say is if offered I would have split the cost with premier, but instead they gave me the proverbial middle finger. The roof they did looks nice. But they obviously don't stand behind their work, and are all bottom line not customer satisfaction. Hire at your own risk. FYI other bids I got under cut Premier's bid by a significant margin.

I pad for new LED lighting throughout my home and he left two lights out with wires hanging from the ceiling for a month after he walked out of the job, when he decides to have one of his guys finally put the lights in, they were different, I'm guessing he just picked them up from a different job site. Where are my lights? These lights are yellow. I paid for white lights. There is paint all over outlets and door knobs that I have to take my time and clean off one at a time. I paid him 90% upfront which I probably shouldn't have done, and the minimal balance that was due, was given to him about a few days after finishing the job, and he threatened a lean on my home.
