My siblings and I came together and decided that our father needed some help. His legs are rather weak, and has a hard time getting around. He is also a diabetic, and has incontience issues. We decided to contact Joan and Steve Deegan with Visiting Angels of Rome, and discussed the needs to help our father and mother out. Joan was very knowledgeable about home care and explained each service that they offered in great detail so each of us could understand. We bombarded Joan with questions and she answered every question in great detail and made other recommendations such as physical therapy to help dad out. We decided to sign with Visiting Angels of Rome, and they sent out the sweetest lady to come and help take care of dad. She was very friendly, great to talk to, gentle, and kind. We look forward to working with her and the Visiting Angels family for a long time.
