I would recommend coming here for sure. Now the front desk staff I think could use some work on their policies/procedures and attitudes. They are not the easiest to work with. My sisters and I were involved every step of the way. After meeting my mom they decided which caretakers would suit her needs and personality best. The care was extraordinary and my mom (who can be difficult to please at times) had a great experience with each person. Together, we set a schedule so that she usually had the same caregivers which helped on days when my mom's dementia was at its worst. She especially loved Kendyl!! The PT ( Believe her name was Henneman), and proceeds to call me a he after the receptionist told her I am a girl, I corrected her because in no way form or fashion do I look like a He or presented myself as one, however instead of an an apology she said and I quote " it's because of your hair". I am black and have long locs but in no way or fashion does it disguise my gender. Again no formal apology was issued.
