They had a really cool vertical xray machine and it didn't take long to get in after I called. The health care professionals really listened to me, treated me with respect, conducted both flu and Covid test (both negative) and gave me a diagnosis with a "surprising" addition. The addition is both ears have inner ear infections! Now I know why I have headaches and dizziness. The staff is attentive and spoke with clear plan language that I could understand. They told me what I needed to do and meds to take for the next week. It has been one day since going to Urgent Care, and I feel that I am on the road to recovery.

I signed in at a little touch screen kiosk and then entered the little room to be poked in the arm. I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Not bad! These little clinics are in most chain drug stores these days are a good option when you just need a quick fix or checkup without the hassle of booking an appointment somewhere bigger.

If you check in online, you only have to give your name and then sit and wait for your appointment. I've been seeing Dr. Hill for over ten years, before she moved here, and she's the best PCP I've ever had. I started bringing my son and mom, who has quite a few health problems, to her and they would all say the same thing. She's an amazing physician, exudes compassion and will hook you up with the best specialist in Omaha for advanced care issues. I've also had great experiences from other providers in the building. What people fail to realize is that you have to vibe with your doctor. If you don't, see somebody else. But if you're the type of person the signs and laws about abusing medical personnel were written for, it might just be you who's the problem. Otherwise, billing has been more reliable and flexible than any other medical provider in the city, and I have very difficult insurance. Parking is abundant with lots of handicapped spots next to the front door. If I had any complaints, it would be that the portal software is clunky, but they are in the process of changing that. Despite this, I can easily and reliably communicate with my providers via messages. And they are quick to reply, refill medication or setup an urgent appointment. This goes for speaking to a nurse over the phone, which is accessible by one button. Also, don't overlook the (quick) urgent care! If you need help on the weekend, Think should be your first choice.

Since then, I've gone back several times for different appointments and more recently visited a new Dr. Unfortunately Dr. Diamond moved on to a place closer to her home so I set up an appointment with Dr. Erin Ray. I was interested in a Doctor who had a holistic approach to care and I love that Dr. Ray is a Doctor of Osteopathic medicine. My first visit with here was wonderful, she complimented my tattoo which is a first from a Doctor, and I knew I'd feel pretty comfortable with her. She asked me several questions and throughout the conversation I realized that there were some issues that I could/did have that would be good to share. She recommended a few things and prescribed a couple of things to help and they've been great! Anytime I have an appointment or something to do here I appreciate that everything is in one place. There's ample parking outside, there's a nice coffee shop downstairs with delicious coffee and grilled sandwiches. There's great seating to enjoy your coffee or meal while getting some work done as well. Another great aspect about Think Whole Person is its proximity to the Aksarben shops. I usually don't frequent this area but when I do it makes sense for me to drive down to check out what's going on in Aksarben and the shops near by. I'm thankful I set up my healthcare here and am pleased that I can get all my bloodwork and Dr. visits, all in one place!

While I was nervous and anxious, he was calming and reassuring. Surgery went great. He was precise, thorough and encouraging with all the follow up appointments. I had not had regular dental care due to losing my job, and my dental appointment was weeks away . Repeatedly told to goto emergency dental in west O, I do not have $500 to go there. Then was told I should not be working my job with a tooth abscess. Then somehow I got flagged for mental health issue and was threatened with psych hold. She wanted me to sign AMA papers because I said I would not go to ER to be mentally evaluated. I finally told the NP to stop, that am poor and please not make me ashamed of that, that I needed to work to afford food and housing, that I was in pain and did not need a mental evaluation, just needed antibiotics started. Was refused because they had no xray services. This was a horrible visit. She left room, I then asked nurse permission to leave because I did not want her to call the police or something. I was treated with zero compassion. Patients should never be humiliated by healthcare staff because of financial hardship. Receptionists and nurse were nice. Then I Went on my insurance website and was seen by Teladoc, they helped me in less than 30 seconds and got an antibiotic. Don't even get me started about contacting their billing office after the visit.. never again.
