The situation is that my monthly rent amount prior to the increase was $1,191. On the effective month of the increas, CLV Group Inc. started deducting $1,1246.41 which is obviously more than 2.5%. On two occasions I requested an explanation re the calculation without any response. CLV Group Inc. closed their in-person office 485 Bank St. Perhaps because they don't want to deal with face to face complaints. We waited forever at the property for her to show up! We talked to one of the tenants afterwards and they told us that two of the maintenance guys were really nice and did their job but also hated their job because the management doesn't know how to manage! LOL! Also, if you have ANY type of issue, big or small, don't expect the manager sending someone over right away. Wait between 2 weeks and never for maintenance. So we ran!!

Any time we had a problem arise we would have to call and email the office multiple times before we would even get a response, much less get the problem resolved. Furthermore, they forgot to inform us of 7 viewings they had set up one Sunday and only called us about 1/2 hour before the viewings. The technicians and repair people are the only nice people we have dealt with in this company. Incredibly unprofessional and unorganized all around. Do not rent from them! Moving out of one of their properties was the best decision we ever made!
